Compete in our September gym-network competition
Submit your PPK score / video for a chance to win $100, and get added to our global leaderboard.
RULES:
For the month of September we’re holding a gym vs. gym competition to find out who can score highest in the PPK.
*This is free to participate in.
We have two divisions: men’s and women’s.
We will be identifying the “Club Champion” from each participating club.
We are also identifying the “Network Champion” across all participating gym locations.
The men’s and women’s Network Champions (across all participating gyms) will win $100.
Finally, we’ll be identifying the gym with the highest average score (across all participants)
One random participant will also win $100.
The competition will test the PPK fitness challenge:
Max. push-ups in one minute
Max. pull-ups in one minute
Max. Korsquats in one minute (sit-ups directly into an airsquat)
Competitors can pick the order they complete each exercise.
One minute of rest between the first and second exercises.
The competitor with the highest total (legitimate) rep count wins.
Pull-ups must be done with palms facing away from the body (vs. a “chin-up” where palms face the body). Arms must go to full lock-out and chin must touch (or go above) the bar.
For push-ups, the arms must bend to a 90 degree angle and reach full lock-out at the top.
These do NOT need to be continuous sets. For example, you may come off the pull-up bar to shake the arms out, or you may come out of the push-up stance. It’s just about total reps within one minute.
Competitors must submit a continuous 5 min. video of themselves completing the PPK to be considered for cash prizes and leaderboard status.
Here’s a video example of the PPK being completed.
